This is a studio website for enquiry-to-purchase originals and commissions — there is no account system or online checkout. We only collect the information you choose to share:

• Contact details — name, email and (optionally) phone, provided when you submit the contact, commission or newsletter forms.
• Enquiry details — the artwork, subject or commission brief you write to us about.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location) to improve the site.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss an artwork or commission.
• Issue an invoice and arrange insured shipping once a piece is agreed.
• Send Collectors Club newsletters (only if you opt in).
• Improve the website and understand how it is used.

We never sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

There is no card checkout on this site. Once a piece is agreed, you receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer or UPI. We never see or store your full banking or card details; we only keep a record of payment confirmation.

We keep enquiry and commission records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
