Originals are prepared and dispatched once payment is received. The exact timeframe depends on the size, framing and finishing of the piece — please confirm the dispatch window for your artwork at the time of enquiry.

If you need a piece sooner, express shipping can sometimes be arranged on request and is quoted separately. Availability depends on the destination and the work.

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming. Changes can be made within 24 hours of payment; after that the work may already be in transit.

For collectors outside India, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are your responsibility. We declare the true value of every shipment and do not falsify customs information.

As each piece is a unique original, all sales are final once dispatched, except where a work arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. An order may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

Screen-colour variation is not a defect: every monitor displays colour differently, and a slight difference between the screen image and the physical work is not grounds for return.

If a work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We will arrange a good-faith resolution — a repair, replacement or full refund.

If a piece is genuinely not as described, you may return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping for approved returns is covered by the studio.
